
Hello all! It is a new year and I am ready to start it off right with some healthy eating and exercise. Right now my eating definitely needs to get under control becuase my sweet tooth is going from Christmas! I do have the exercise under control though. I work out six days a week and I am actually looking to change up my routine to get some further results. If you guys have any ideas, let me know. I exercise at home because I do not have a gym memebership.
I current use Turbo Jam, which I love. Its mostly kickboxing with a dance feel to it and I use it mostly for cardio.
I use the RIPPED series with Jari Love for strength training and I feel like since I have started using it I have seen some great results.
I use the Jillian Michaels Kickbox workout as a high impact cardio once a week and I really like it to change things up!
I also use the FIRM Shape Up workout which has intervals of both cardio and strength training.
I do yoga Fitness Fusion which incorporates traditional Yoga with some little cardio bursts and it really relaxes me and gets me ready for my day which I love.
And last but not least I do Perfect Body Makeover with Amy Dixon from Womens Health which has a cardio and strength training section but my favorite section of this video is abs, its KILLER!
I used Weight Watchers and lost about 15lbs so I really am looking to maintain and really work on my arms, legs and abs. It will be fun to share this!
