
So, this morning I was doing my RIPPED 1000 workout with Jari Love which i LOVE! Its a high impact workout that has intervals of high impact cardio with a step and then intervals of strength training. It an hour long and the claim is that you can burn 1000 calories during the workout. I doubt that I burn that many but I think it might be close because boy is it tough!
Anyways on to push ups....
Almost all of my workouts have a push up sections and since we Wedding is in May, I have been really consistely working out since last May. Well, I have been doing push up since then on my knees and I feel like even though I have been doing them consistently for say, 8 months I am not getting any better at them!?! I feel like I still do them like this baby! I have no idea what I am doing wrong, but I do know that I have noticed that my shoulders and upper arms are more cut, so I guess I shouldn't care that much... I just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for me
